Provides a lecture and demonstration of evidence-based pain neuroscience treatment strategies. These strategies can be utilized when treating patients with low back and neck pain, pelvic pain, anxiety, and depression to reduce the effects of central and peripheral sensitization.
2. Manual Techniques With Focus on Graston Technique® Therapy to Facilitate Functional Breathing
Provides a lecture and demonstration of manual therapy techniques with a focus on Graston Technique® therapy that can be integrated into one’s clinical practice to restore normal breathing patterns. Participants will be able to formulate an effective treatment plan that integrates these techniques when treating patients with low back and neck pain, pelvic pain, anxiety, and depression.
